In accordance with the Build America Buy America Act (BABA), ALL orders that require Build America Buy America (BABA) certification must be explicitly stated as such before being placed. 

All federal infrastructure projects receiving financial assistance must adhere to domestic content procurement requirements. This stipulates that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in eligible projects must be produced in the United States.

What This Means for Us and Our Customers:

• All BABA-certified orders must be identified as such before they are placed.
• These orders will be handled as special RFQs due to increased costs and limited availability of compliant raw materials.
• Orders will be handled as a direct shipment plus freight unless vendor FFA terms are met.
• Lead times and pricing may be impacted due to sourcing compliant materials.
• No post-order certification will be provided. Vendors cannot and will not certify compliance after an order is placed. There are no exceptions.
• Please communicate this to all sales team members and end users involved in federal infrastructure projects.

• Copper and Aluminum Wire/Cable
• PVC Conduit/Fittings
• Electrical enclosures and components
• Electrical Switchgear and Panels
• Generators and Transfer Switches

• Threaded Rod
• Fasteners

Other materials not listed may be affected by BABA requirements.
