NOTICE: Patient List Alerting Transition and Update Required

HealtheConnections is making a change to alerting services beginning in September.

If you missed our most recent communication on this, please visit our Encounter Alerting web page for more details.


Alerting users will need to either transition to patient list alerting or update existing patient lists to align with the new format.


You are receiving this message because you are currently configured to receive alerts OR you are a RHIO Administrator for an organization where users are configured to do so.

Please notify us by next Friday, August 1st of your decision to either continue receiving alerts or decline.

If you would like to continue receiving alerts, action is required. Please send us your patient list subscription file using the new format by Friday, August 15th. This timeline is important to ensure we can review your list and prepare for a smooth transition. Delays could result in a gap in the alerts you receive.

If we do not receive any response from your organization, your alerts will no longer be delivered once your organization is migrated to our new HIE platform starting in September.
