IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Increased Spam Activity on Business Pages

We’re reaching out to inform you about a recent increase in spam messages and fake accounts targeting business pages and individuals on Facebook. These scammers are often impersonating Meta (Facebook’s parent company) or other businesses, claiming that your page is at risk of being disabled or that it has violated policies.

What You Need to Know:

  • Fake messages may claim your account is at risk or that action is required to avoid suspension.
  • Some pages may receive comments or messages with suspicious links.
  • These scammers may try to gain access to your page or personal information by asking you to “verify” something.

What You Can Do:

  • Do not click any suspicious links or download any files from unknown sources.
  • Do not respond to messages asking for sensitive info (passwords, page ownership details, etc.).
  • Report and block fake accounts or spam messages.
  • Enable two-factor authentication on all admin accounts to add an extra layer of security.
  • Let us know immediately if you receive anything suspicious — we’re here to help you stay safe.

We’re actively monitoring the situation across the pages we manage. If we notice anything concerning on your business page, we will reach out directly. Please also feel free to forward any questionable messages to us so we can take a closer look.

As your marketing partner, protecting your brand online is just as important as promoting it. Thank you for trusting us with both!
