No. Dentifi.com will be offline during the server migration from 5 PM Pacific Time on March 26, 2025, through 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025. When the servers reconnect to your Trojan Communicator, all Dentifi processes will run as usual.

Yes. The Trojan Benefit Plans you have integrated with your practice management system will still be there. You can search for the employer plans, but you will not be able to update those plans until 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025.

Yes. Your Trojan Managed Care program will still have all of the plans, and you can easily find what you need. You will NOT be able to update the plans until the servers are back online at 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27th, 2025.

No. Trojanonline.com will still be accessible. However, you won't be able to log into your Trojan account. The Learning Center, Internet Benefit Requests, and access to your statements and payment options will not be available until the servers are running again at 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025.

No. Downloading updated plan information will not be possible for either Benefit Service or Managed Care users. After 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025, you can click the download an update button to start your update process.

Your DrDirect program will not send claims or give you reports until the servers are running again at 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025.

Yes and No. Trojan Eligibility Request program users can view all of your past requests. You can fill out the information for new requests but not send those requests until the servers are running again at 5 AM Pacific Time on March 27, 2025.
