COMMUNITY UPDATE

Important Updates for Residents of Babcock Ranch

Dear Babcock Ranch Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that all roadways in the community are now clear and fully open. We want to express our deep gratitude to our community patrol and staff for their hard work and dedication in ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone during the storm. Your cooperation and patience have been greatly appreciated!

Amenities Are Now Open

We are excited to announce that all our amenities are now fully open and ready for use! Thank you for being responsible members of our community, following guidelines, and helping those in need. Together, we will weather any storm!

Trash, Recycling Pickup

Ecologic Waste Management’s normally scheduled solid waste operations are reinstated. Thursday’s residential recycling collection, delayed due to the storm, will be picked up on Friday, September 27th, as much as possible. For any missed pickups, Ecologic will return on Saturday, September 28th; no other collection schedule operations will be affected. For more information on your trash and recycling collection schedule, visit here.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Babcock Ranch has its own water utility, separate from Charlotte County, which provides potable water and wastewater to Babcock Ranch residents. In the event of a boil water notice, the utility will notify Babcock Ranch residents with communications such as this email.

Street Signs

In the aftermath of the storm, if you come across any downed or damaged street signs, please report them immediately to Community Patrol at 239.652.8000 or return them to the HOA office as soon as possible. Your help in keeping our neighborhood safe and well-maintained is greatly appreciated!

Landscaping Update

We appreciate your patience as our contractors work through the community to remove fallen trees and take care of landscaping issues.
