The Village recently switched to BS&A, a new cloud-based financial management system that features a modern, easy-to-use online portal for paying utility bills, and the transitional grace period has ended.

The Village has also recently been made aware of recent delivery issues at the post office that have resulted in many customers not receiving their water bills or late notices on time.

Because of this, the Village strongly encourages everyone to visit TinleyPark.org/BillPay to confirm their account information through BS&A and pay any outstanding balances to ensure water service isn’t interrupted.

While signing up is easy and encouraged, customers don’t need to establish an account in order to view and pay their bills. To access your account without signing up, simply visit TinleyPark.org/BillPay and click on “Utility Billing,” then enter your Account Number (which can be found on your water bill). From there you can see and pay your balance.

The Village has postponed water service suspensions until Monday, June 30 to give customers enough time to make sure their accounts are in good standing. After that, the Village will begin suspension of water service for delinquent accounts.
