Zoom Links Are Sent the Day Before Class

For classes that meet online,

please expect to receive a Zoom link from Registrar@ScarsdaleAdultSchool.org

via email on the day before the first class.

If you do not receive an email:

Check your spam folder first.
If the message is not there, please contact the registrar (914-723-2325).

Remember to keep track of the Zoom link for multi-session courses. The same link is used for each session and is sent only once, the day before the first meeting date.

Please note that messages sent to mailing lists are occasionally intercepted or misdirected to spam folders, particularly immediately after email service providers apply updates to their products and filters. Recently, we have been notified by several Optimum subscribers that messages sent in the past week were not received. If you have been impacted, kindly contact your email service provider to determine what settings you may change on your end to ensure that desired messages are not blocked.

1. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF THIS EMAIL. THIS ZOOM LINK IS TO BE USED EACH WEEK FOR CLASS. (WE WILL NOT BE SENDING THIS EMAIL OUT EACH WEEK).

2. Please plan to log into Zoom 5 minutes prior to the start of class. We always try to start our classes on time. However, sometimes we could be facing minor technical difficulties that could delay the class, for which we appreciate your patience.

3. Please be prepared for your class with the camera ready to go. In fairness to other students, the instructor can not answer Zoom technical questions to students.

4. Once the class begins, please keep your microphone on "mute" unless indicated otherwise by the instructor. When using a computer, the mute/unmute button is on the bottom left of your Zoom screen.

5. Scarsdale Adult School staff can provide limited help to you with Zoom.
