We will be utilizing Dermio telemedicine services during this time. Steps to utilize this service are listed below.


  • Access the following link to start your Telemed appt: https://patient.dermio.com/#/patient/dashboard?practiceId=83927824-ba53-453e-a0eb-ec9db2f300cd

  • You will then be directed to a patient portal to create your account with Dermio. This patient portal is HIPAA compliant.
  • Once you have completed your registration click on "create a new consult". Follow the steps provided in the patient portal.
  • You will then answer the required patient questions and upload photos relating to you concern.
  • At this time you will be asked to enter your credit card information. You will not be charged until your virtual visit with Dr. Hickham has been completed.
  • You will also be asked to enter your pharmacy of choice. Please supply that information and double check that it is correct.
  • Once the submit button is clicked Dr. Hickham will be notified and she will handle your consult as soon as possible. Our goal will be to answer consults within 24 hours.
  • Responses will come in the form of a text message to your mobile device. Patients will then be directed to log back in to their patient portal to begin their consultation with Dr. Hickham.

Costs will be as follows:
$79 for a photo consultation
$150 for a live video consultation
