Important Overflow Hotel Room Notice

Our conference hotel is sold out of our peak room nights; however, still check the link because cancellations do occur and rooms become available.

If you are planning to attend the conference in person, please book your hotel ASAP. If we need to acquire more overflow rooms, we must do so ASAP because many events are happening in College Station surrounding our conference dates, and rooms are selling out all over town.

Also, because we are at capacity, if you are holding a room reservation and have decided not to attend the conference, please release your room and send a quick email to regina@thoainc.org letting me know you released your room. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in this matter.
