Important Registration Information
for Current Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Classes
9th, 10th, and 11th graders will be meeting with their Counselors to register for next year’s courses during the end of January and month of February. Below is some helpful information to make this process as smooth as possible.
Dates for Registration Meetings
Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30. Students will meet during their Wellness for Life classes.
10th and 11th Graders
: Meetings will occur over the following dates: February 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 19, 25, 27, and March 3. Students will meet during their electives classes.

Specific Registration Details
All core academic teachers (Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and World Languages) will be having conversations with students and making course placement recommendations. These recommendations are shared with Counselors.
Counselors will review these recommendations with students during their registration meetings, discuss elective offerings, and provide a draft of selected courses for students to review with their families.
Families are encouraged to review the draft of courses and to contact their student’s Counselor with any questions or concerns. Parents and students can access the courses they have requested through PowerSchool (

Students will have time to think about their decisions and can change their mind up until the deadline. If a family wishes to override a placement recommendation in a core academic course, they can contact the appropriate Instructional Director to discuss further. A Course Override form must be submitted to the Instructional Director in the event a family wishes to override a placement recommendation.
The deadline for selecting courses is Monday, March 9 @ 3:00 PM
