We would like to remind all Residents to review the following Door Lock Instructions below to ensure proper use of the electronic locking system within the building.

Important Reminder
To help avoid accidental lockouts, Residents are strongly encouraged to always carry their keys and fob when leaving their suite or bedroom, even for short periods of time.
Security & Lockout Assistance
Security is available on-site during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 10:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
During these hours, Residents may contact security through the Front Desk or by calling 514-609-4420.
If you require lockout assistance outside of security office hours, please contact 514-938-3433. Please note:
- After-hours lockout assistance is subject to a $90 fee.
- Lost key replacements are subject to a $30 replacement fee.
- Replacement keys can only be issued during regular Office hours and cannot be provided by on-site security staff.
Building Security Reminder
Using tape, objects, or any other method to prevent doors from locking is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation of building conditions.
For the safety and security of all Residents, suite and bedroom doors must remain properly secured at all times. Please note that management cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft resulting from doors being left unsecured.
