Terminating your Voluntary Agreement?
If you are an existing Voluntary Steward and want to terminate your agreement, please notify us by December 31, 2015.
Existing Voluntary Stewards: Please Complete Your Voluntary Steward Agreements
All existing Voluntary Stewards of the MMBC, MMSW, MMSM or Stewardship Ontario program will remain on the Steward list unless we hear from you before December 31. If you are an existing Voluntary Steward who was grandfathered under the new policy, and have not yet completed a Voluntary Steward Agreement (VSA), please download the appropriate agreements and complete and submit it to us as soon as possible so that we have the most up to date information for your account. You may recall that when the harmonized Voluntary Steward policy was launched late in 2014, at stewards' request, we did not require you at that time to complete a VSA - but we would now like to ensure we have signed agreements on file.
We now ask that you complete and sign the appropriate agreements ensuring that each VSA is signed by an authorized signing officer in your organization. Please scan the agreement and send it to National Steward Services via email at
