Fourth of July Office Hours & Commercial Access Restriction

Fourth of July Holiday Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

• Wednesday, July 3: Closing at Noon
• Thursday, July 4: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction on July 4th: Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the Fourth of July. This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.

Fourth of July Sea Pines Event Parking and Transportation Information

The Sea Pines Resort will be hosting Fourth of July festivities in Harbour Town followed by fireworks at 9:00 PM. To view The Sea Pines Resort's Fourth of July Safety and Transportation Flyer click here .

Harbour Town Park and Ride Buses: 3:00-11:00 PM

• Motor coach buses will provide service from parking lots along Greenwood Drive directly to Harbour Town, instead of a Sea Pines Trolley.
• The line for return transportation to the parking lots will start near the service yard behind The Crazy Crab and continue towards Harbour Town Christmas store.

Fourth of July Sea Pines Trolley Schedule:

Blue Route: 9:00 AM-12:00 AM

• This trolley will run the Blue route: The Shops at Sea Pines Center**, Sea Pines Beach Club, Plantation Golf Club, Plantation Club Villas, Harbour Town Pool* and Racquet Club Villas
•  *After 7:30 pm, the Blue Route will not service the Harbour Town Pool
• **After 9:00 pm, the Blue Route will not stop at The Shops at Sea Pines Center

Green Route: 10:00 AM-12:00 AM

• 10:00 am - 12:00 am
• This trolley will run the Green route: South Beach, The Shops at Sea Pines Center*, Harbour Town
•  *After 9:00 pm, the Green Route will not stop at The Shops at Sea Pines Center

White Route: 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• This trolley will provide service from Harbour Town to The Shops at Sea Pines Center

Trolley drop-off and pickup in Harbour Town will be next to the Harbour Town Playground instead of the loop at the Harbour Town Yacht Club.

Sea Pines Property Appearance Reminders

• Laundry Items: Please refrain from hanging laundry items such as towels, bathing suits, and clothing on railings, balconies, or any location visible from adjoining properties, the golf course, the beach, or the street.
• Household Items: Items like coolers, bicycles, skateboards, yard maintenance equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, gas cans, garden hoses, ladders), firewood, and sports equipment (e.g., field sports equipment, basketballs, kayaks, canoes) should be stored out of public view when they are not in use.
• Service Areas: Use designated service areas to store items rather than leaving them in plain sight.
• Bicycle Storage: Temporary storage of bicycles in public view is allowed if they are stored neatly, as far from the road as possible, and in a location that does not block walkways or create a safety hazard.

Sea Pines CSA Annual Rental Registration Fee Due 7/1

The 2024 Annual Rental Registration Fee was invoiced on May 15, 2024, to Sea Pines Residential Property Owners who have their property registered with our Rental Registration Program, or their property is advertised on the internet as being available for rental purposes.
