Business Personal Property Tax Return Filing Deadline Extended to June 15

Last Thursday, Governor Holcomb signed Executive Order 20-23 which extends the deadline to file business personal property tax returns from May 15 to June 15, 2020. Moreover, Executive Order 20-05, signed by the Governor on March 19, waives penalties and fees on payments that are directly related to taxes, estimated taxes, or other amounts due if the due date is extended in response to the COVID-19. + Read the Executive Orders here.
