Note: Campers and parents will stay in parked cars and fill the test container with saliva.
How to collect saliva:
No eating, drinking or brushing teeth 30 minutes before the saliva test
We recommend having a glass of water 1 hour before the test

Please watch the following video from SickKids for more guidance on how the saliva collection will happen onsite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ru-vFZdImes
Please email email@example.com if you would prefer to do a nasal swab PCR test at a local Shoppers instead or with other questions.

Public Health is asking that all families sign an attestation indicating that they have followed this quarantine directive to the best of your ability before camp. We will have these for you to sign at drop off (July 7) and will circulate them to all families ahead of time.
This summer, campers are welcome to bring drinks (must be kosher certified) to camp (limit of one case). No caffeinated beverages, please.
Shabbat environment at camp:
Following these past months of screen-intensive living, we all are in need of a digital detox. One focus of this summer will be on experiencing the sweetness of Shabbat in this light. Camp is already screen free, but we are allowing campers to bring non-screen devices like music players or ebooks. We ask that parents prepare their children for not using these devices during shabbat, even in the cabin. This will be a great help in supporting a Shabbat environment for everyone at camp. If you are sending an ebook, please consider sending a paper book for Shabbat in addition.
Drop off Day Timing:
On July 7, please arrive to camp during this 30 minute time frame by camper last name (alphabetically). If you arrive early, we will direct you to a waiting area. We will send more instructions closer to the date.
