We have new uniform vendors this year. The ordering process will differ from previous seasons.
After conferring with one of the vendors, the direct pay ordering will not take place until October. However, players will still attend the uniform fittings on their assigned dates of September 8th or September 15th.
On the day of the fitting, players will try-on each item in their uniform package. Parents will document their chosen selections on a uniform sheet provided at check-in. Afterwards parents will utilize the QR Code on the uniform sheet to order designated uniform items via Sports Engine. The order placed on the day of the fittings will NOT require a direct payment. Please remember to take a picture of your uniform sheet before handing it in.
In October, parents will receive an email with a link to order the remainder of their uniform package. This order WILL require a direct payment to the vendor. We will provide more details about the direct pay ordering process as we get closer to that time. We will also reduce the October invoices instead of the September invoices to align more closely with the online ordering date. Parents who paid in full will receive an e-check prior to the online order date to cover the cost of their uniform order.
Players will still attend their designated fitting times on September 8th and September 15th.
