We are so grateful for the progress we’re making to reopen our beloved Unity of Arlington campus. Thank you for your affirmative prayers and positive support. You make a difference in our spiritual community!
While we are blessed to have been able to get the HVAC units running smoothly and increase our safety measures with the purchase of three Vollara units with Active Pure Technology, we need your help to continue our Campus Reopening Project and our audiovisual plans for the sanctuary.
You may recall from our update letter (July 8, 2021), the Board of Trustees shared that we are moving into our next phase based on the recommendation of the Reopening Task Team to go with the company, AV Genius, for equipment. This strategy will also require electrical work, as well as renovating our current AV booth.
In addition, the Task Team applied to Unity Worldwide Ministries for an Audio Visual Sub-Grant (up to $7,500). We are happy to announce that a benevolent Unity of Arlington member committed to match the Grant funds. This is fantastic news! However, we must now more than double this amount to reach our goal of $35,000 to fully fund this Campus Reopening Project.
