As of June 30, Best Doctors Canada Insurance Services and UnitedHealthcare’s pharmacy division will be working to unify the eligibility verification process to ensure we continue to provide a personalized experience for our members when presenting their ID card at pharmacies within the network in the United States of America.


It is important that they present their most recent ID card, which has all their updated information. They may easily download their ID card in the Member Portal and also share it with their dependents with the BD2go App.
