Greetings OSA Families,

March 12th marks an entire calendar year from the initial campus closure due to the pandemic. In recognition that our community needs a little relief, the school schedule on Wednesday, March 10th and Thursday, March 11th is being modified to make both of these days entirely asynchronous. No remote classes will be happening on these last two days of quarter 3. This time is being provided for our students to put closure to their quarter 3 coursework and for our teachers to get a much needed break from their screens prior to wrapping up grade books for the quarter.

Our Campus Safety Plan is attached to this email with details regarding our preparations for in-person instruction. This plan will be accessible on our website and modified as our planning moves forward. We invite you to join us at 8:30am for tomorrow’s Town Hall gathering where we will be discussing this document as well as providing an overview of the design process for OSA’s Strategic Plan.
