As shared in our February 11 email, we are writing to remind you of the upcoming change to the way virtual sessions will be delivered. Beginning April 1, 2026, a small fee will be introduced for all virtual sessions. This decision was made after careful consideration and is necessary to support the continued delivery, quality, and long-term sustainability of the service.
Details regarding fees and payment are outlined below:
- Effective April 1, a small fee will be applied to all virtual support sessions.
- Sessions without supplies will cost $10.00.
- Sessions requiring supplies (delivered within Windsor/Essex) will cost $20.00.
Package options are now available to make virtual supports even easier and more affordable for families. You can continue to join individual sessions, or you can choose a package or membership that offers even better value. All memberships and bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any virtual offering.
Here’s how the process will look going forward:
1. Log into MyCommunityHub
Visit the MyCommunityHub website and sign into your account.
2. Purchase a Bundle or Membership
Search for Virtual Support Bundle or Membership, select the option you would like to purchase, and complete checkout.
3. Receive Your Code
After purchasing, you will receive a separate email from Community Living Essex County with your bundle or membership code, within 3–5 business days. You must receive this code before registering for sessions.
4. Register for Virtual Sessions
Once you receive your code:
• Browse available Community Living Essex County Virtual Sessions in MyCommunityHub
• Select the session you would like to attend
• Enter your code at checkout when registering for the session
Your code will apply the bundle or membership to the session purchase. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the virtual session link.
Registration for the next round of virtual support sessions will open next week, and you will receive a separate email with the full session schedule and registration links. In addition to bundle and membership options, sessions will also be available on a pay-as-you-go basis, priced at $10 per session or $20 for sessions that include supplies delivered within Windsor-Essex.
