Dear Overseas Provider:
Effective December 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, GMMI will no longer accept claims for Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® FEP members, as GMMI will no longer be servicing the FEP Overseas program.
Effective January 1, 2024, all overseas claims need to be filed with the new servicing vendor, GeoBlue®:

For claims filed electronically using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), the process will continue with no changes required on your side.
