Your support for Tensing Pen throughout the years has helped us grow and shine. We are grateful for your continued love and loyalty.
Our Tensing Pen family hopes that you and your loved ones remain healthy and safe during the COVID 19 worldwide pandemic.
Tensing Pen remains committed to adherence to the highest precautionary measures and protocols dictated by the WHO, the CDC and of course our own Jamaican government.
In recent days, there have been increased travel restrictions and airline cancellations globally. In addition, effective March 21
st
for an initial 14 days, all Jamaican airports and seaports have been closed for arrivals. Bars and nightclubs are required to remain closed. Many attractions across the island have also temporarily closed.
We have therefore made the difficult decision that Tensing Pen will be closed effective Monday March 23, 2020 until Thursday April 30, 2020. We will re-evaluate by April 10
th
, based on developments globally, whether we will extend our closure beyond April 30, 2020.
We appreciate the
questions,
uncertainty, and anxiety some of you may have regarding how your travel may be impacted. We have already amended our cancellation policy to allow you the most flexibility for future bookings, and re-booking your reservations for later dates. Our dedicated front desk agents have already reached out to many of you, and will continue to do so over the coming weeks.
