CLINIC UPDATE

Greetings!
Beginning July 1, 2013 through July 12, 2013, Occupational Medicine Physicians in Clarksville, Indiana will be open for Drug and Alcohol Screening Services ONLY.  During this time, most of our team will be working out of our New Albany clinic and there will be no providers available in the Clarksville clinic.  The staff members at Occupational Medicine Physicians and Northgate Urgent Care will be going through in-house education and training.
  
Please note that our New Albany office will remain open for normal business hours throughout the dates listed above.   If services other than Drug and Alcohol screenings are needed, please refer to our New Albany office.

July 1-14-Open for drug/alcohol screening services ONLY during normal business hours.  *During this time, please refer to our New Albany office for any other services.
July 4-CLOSED in observance of Independence Day.
July 15-Open for all services during normal business hours.
  
OMP & Northgate Urgent Care, New Albany
July 4-CLOSED in observance of Independence Day.
July 5-Open during regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.  
Thank you for your patience during this time.  For your convenience, we have provided a short-cut map from our Clarksville office to our New Albany office.   Average travel time using this route is about 10 minutes.
