In light of the recent announcement from Governor Larry Hogan and recommendations received from the Association of Independent Maryland Schools, Worcester Preparatory School will be closed tomorrow, March 13. The campus will remain closed from March 23-27. Students should be prepared to return to campus Monday, March 30. In the event this closure is extended, information will be communicated as soon as possible.
Over spring break, faculty members will work to create digital content using distance learning techniques. Students should expect to complete work via these methods throughout the closure. While the campus is closed, we remain committed to the delivery of rigorous curriculum through a virtual learning environment and appreciate your support as we navigate this evolving process.
This closure includes the cancellation of all activities such as induction ceremonies, athletics, and after school clubs for the week of March 23
. The Middle School Play will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
