Dear Patrons & Friends of Auburn Public Theater,

In accordance with the Governor Cuomo’s State of Emergency to combat the current health crisis, Auburn Public Theater closed its doors on March 16th.

While we were one of the first businesses in Cayuga County to close our doors and suspend public gatherings, this has been a difficult decision for a performing arts organization. We are doing our part to help "flatten the curve." The "Public" in our name is at the core of who we are, Auburn Public Theater is a true community space, a place where all are welcome. As a place that holds the whole community in its heart, we are morally called upon to lead in this time of uncertainty, and continue what we have always aimed to do: to act in the best interest of our whole community.

CURRENT ONLINE EVENTS: Just because our doors won't be open, does not mean that we will stop serving our public. Join us for free, online, for the best in local, regional, & national performing arts. Find our online events:
After live streaming, all events can still be viewed from links in our weekly email newsletter, our Facebook page and on the Auburn Public Theater YouTube channel:
We have been working with our scheduled performers to find new dates. We will let you know as soon as we have those dates through our email newsletter, on our Facebook page and here on our website. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates.

Please always feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions. And as always, thank you for your support and for being a valued member of our community. Because of you, we are.

We wish all of our patrons health and safe passage through this extraordinary time.
