To ensure that we continue to provide you with the best possible service, informal applications will now be limited to issue ages 75 and younger.

We will continue to accept QuickQuotes as an alternative. As a reminder, QuickQuotes cannot include any identifying information or medical records.

Additionally, please note that our old site (affluentmarkets.zurichna.com) is no longer available. Please visit life.zurichna.com and register for the new site. For staff, please download and complete the excel set up file and e-mail it to [email protected] so that we can add your team to our system prior to registering.

Lastly, don't forget about our One Class Upgrade Program! Zurich's One Class Upgrade program can help get clients age 70 and below to a better underwriting class if one condition is keeping them out.

Blood Pressure
Build
Family History

The client may still be eligible for the next best class:

From Standard Non-Tobacco to Standard Plus:
3 of the above criteria must meet our Preferred category.
From Standard Plus to Preferred Non-Tobacco
3 of the above criteria must meet our Preferred Best category.
From Preferred Non-Tobacco to Preferred Best
3 of the below criteria must be met:
Cholesterol: 200/4.5
BP: 130/80 or better
Build: 15 lbs. lower than our maximum from our Preferred Best Chart
Family History: No CAD/Cancer death prior to age 70
