Dear Valued Partner,

In response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, a health situation unlike any in modern history, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation.

At CU Alliance we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, friends, family, and communities. CUA has taken social distancing recommendations under advisement and eliminated nonessential travel for all employees. We have moved to transition all in-person meetings to a virtual format and encouraged employees to conduct rigorous hygiene practices both in the office and at home. In addition, our employees are now equipped to work from home, and all who can do so are strongly encouraged to. The shift of our employees from office-based to remote-based will have little to no impact on the level of service you receive from us.

Rest assured that the personal information we gather while serving you is protected to the highest degree. Secure VPNs, multi-factor authentication and similar measures are all being used to ensure the integrity of our information systems .

Our Mortgage servicing department continues to do all their normal function. We are encouraging borrowers to pay online rather than in person or by check.  You can find more information by visiting our website https://mhl.mymortgage-online.com/COVID19Announcement.html

Our thoughts and prayers are with anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. We also deeply appreciate all medical personnel, retail staff, delivery drivers, and other workers who continue to go to work every day. Thank you all for all that you are doing during this global crisis.

In this time of concern and uncertainty words can provide clarity, guidance, and reassurance and so we will continue to support you, our clients, with your lending and financial services. Our team is fully-equipped with the tools, resources, and management support to assist you from any location.

Our executive team is actively monitoring the situation and we will provide updates if anything changes as new information unfolds. We encourage all of you to follow the instructions and guidance of your local government and health officials and to use the CDC website to find pertinent information, FAQs, and updates on the virus.

As we go forward, we’ll be sure to keep you updated, and know that we always value your ideas and feedback.

Sincerely,

Adrian Dominguez
