Here's what you need to know about how Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our work:

As of Tuesday, March 17, 2020 :
  • All in-person client interactions are suspended until further notice. In place of in-person client interactions, staff will contact clients by phone. Exceptions are limited to health and safety emergencies. For questions, concerns, and program information, please call our offices at 410-366-8550. No walk-ins will be admitted.
  • St. Ambrose property management offices will be closed. Property Managers are available in the event of health or safety emergencies. Contact information will be posted at each property office.
  • St. Ambrose construction sites will remain open.

The health and well-being of our residents, clients, partners, and colleagues is our top priority. As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 rapidly evolve and demand quick action, we want you to know about changes in our availability. We'll be updating our website , Facebook , and Twitter pages with any changes.

Foreclosure and Eviction cases will not move through the courts amid COVID-19

"On March 18th, 2020, the Maryland Court of Appeals ordered that all pending residential foreclosure actions and residential evictions in Maryland are stayed. This welcome action provides temporary relief to homeowners and tenants during these uncertain times," said Owen Jarvis, Director of Legal Services.
