Senior Class of 2026

Hello Class of 2026 Families,

As we near the end of the fall semester, we wanted to provide some important updates to prepare you all for a very busy spring semester for your senior.

SAVE THE DATE! Parent/Guardian Zoom Meeting

Our Senior Parent/Guardian Informational Zoom Meeting will be at 5:30 PM on Monday, February 9, 2026. Maggie Lettire '13 will go over information that will be available on our Senior Activities webpage and provide important information on senior events.

Important Senior Yearbook Ad Deadlines—Closes Wed, Dec 31

Senior Yearbook Ads: Say “Congratulations!” to your senior in a way that’s as special as she is. Sales for senior ads will close on Wednesday, December 31. Questions? Please contact the yearbook adviser Faith Ripoli via email before this Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Use this link to start the process now!

See below for ad sizing and pricing. If cost is a concern, we can offer a payment plan, and all requests are confidential.

After choosing your ad size, you have two options:

  • Have the School Design My Ad: Submit your message and photos for our award-winning Yearbook Staff to design. Digital pictures need to be formatted as jpeg, png, or tif.
  • Upload My Finished Ad: Create your own ad that is ready to be published.

Important Senior Yearbook Portrait Deadline—before Tues, Jan 6

Senior Portraits: Seniors must have taken and selected their final yearbook pose before Tuesday, January 6, 2026, to be featured in the yearbook. To order Senior Portraits Packages, view your photo proofs 10–14 business days after Picture Day on Shop.PrestigePortraits.com. Use the Session ID and Access Code included in your email or printed proofs to claim online. Use this site to choose your Yearbook pose.

Transcripts

Please note that PowerSchool access will be temporarily unavailable from the last day of finals, Friday, December 19 through Monday, January 5. It is essential that students check their grades immediately when access is restored on January 5. Grades will be finalized, and transcripts will be delivered to students on Wednesday, January 7. If you or your students believe a grade change may be necessary, please contact your teacher(s) directly on January 5. Grade change requests require time to process, and timely submission of transcripts to colleges in early January is critical for your college applications.

Additionally, seniors have until Monday, February 2, to submit any external courses completed during Fall 2025 for transcript inclusion. No external courses will be added to senior transcripts after this deadline.

Final transcripts will be sent in early June by College Counselors to the college that students mark as “Attending” in Maia.

Attendance Reminders from the Deans

As we enter the second semester, we’re excited for all the milestones ahead for our seniors. A quick reminder about attendance expectations: students must attend at least 85% of enrolled class periods in each course, and more than 10 absences in an individual class may put course credit at risk. Thank you for partnering with us to keep attendance strong so seniors can fully enjoy this special semester and finish the year in good standing. If you have questions or concerns about our attendance policy, please reach out to Caitlin Main ’05, Dean of Students.

Senior Memory Wall Submissions

Families are invited to create a photo collage celebrating their graduating seniors. Submissions are due by Friday, March 27, 2026. Digital and physical options are available for submitting collages. The cost for each submission is $6.50. More details and submission instructions can be found here: Senior Memory Wall.

Senior Ball

The Senior Ball will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. Ticket sales will begin in March, and prices will vary based on the tier. Stay updated with more information here: Senior Ball.

Senior Celebration

On Thursday, April 30, 2026, seniors are invited to come by College Counseling for some treats to celebrate their next steps.

Senior Send-Off

The Senior Send-Off will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 5:30 to 10:30 PM. This is a student-only event. Students can expect to enjoy food, games, and entertainment. Tickets for the Send-Off will be approximately $185 and will follow a tiered pricing structure the closer we get to the event date.

Graduation Ceremony

We are planning our graduation ceremony for 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2026, pending confirmation from the Toyota Pavilion in February. The alternative date would be an evening ceremony on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Parking will open two hours prior to the ceremony start. Seating will open an hour and a half prior to the ceremony start. Graduates must be checked in with the Deans an hour prior to the ceremony start.

The approximate runtime of graduation is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
