A Message from Ariel Dunes II Association

As the Spring & Summer seasons approach, we would like to remind you about Do's & Don'ts and actions that will not be tolerated and will help ensure your guests will have a safe and memorable trip at Ariel Dunes II.

By working together, the guests can have an enjoyable vacation at Ariel Dunes II and the owner's investment and property is protected!

PLEASE MAKE SURE GUESTS KNOW THEY MUST BE WEARING THE ARIEL DUNES II WRISTBAND ON THE POOL DECK OR IN THE GYM, THIS WILL BE STRCTLY ENFORCED. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN AND ARE TOLD THEY CAN USE THE POOL OR GYM MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pool Entry - The pool code for 2023 is 0221
• Gym Entry - No longer requires a fob; the code is 1220#
• Luggage and Grocery Carts - Not for use by housekeepers, maintenance, or vendors
• Violations & Evictions - Throwing or dropping items or liquids off the balconies or walkways. Elevator vandelism or any other vandelism.
• Grills- No grills allowed on the balconies
• Pets - Guests are not permitted to bring pets
• No hanging of towels or any items from balcony or walkway railings
• Provide guests with the Do's & Dont's, click on the link below
• Provide guests with the Ariel Dunes II Visitor Packet, click on the link below

Cameras will capture events.

ADII has ZERO tolerance for items and liquids being thrown or dropped off the balconies or walkways. Parents/Guardians are responsible for children throwing or dropping items.

Guests will be financially responsible for any damage or cleaning needed.

No exceptions!

• Don't sweep debris onto the walkways or off of the balconies AND don't dump any liquids into the walkway drains
• Don't leave trash or any other items on the walkways or in the trash rooms, if items are to large for the trash chute, they must be brought down to the open dumpsters on the first floor
• Don't leave laundry bags or supplies unattended on the walkways, in the lobby, or at the front entrance, or they will be removed 
• Luggage and grocery carts are for owners and guests use only and not for use by housekeeping, vendors, or maintenance staff

A Good Stay at ADII for Guests:

All Guests must have Ariel Dunes II wrist bands to enter the pool area or gym

Pool & Fitness wrist bands are available for sale to the for $26.75 each

There are many guests who come to ADII not knowing the CODE for the pool and gym or how to get into their rental unit.

Please share this important and up-to-date information with your guests.

It is IMPORTANT that your guests know that the check-in process is all mobile. There is NO CHECK IN DESK.

•In addition, the Association is providing a list of Do's and Don'ts that we would like posted in all rental units and included as an attachment to the rental agreement. The Association also has the Warning Sticker, shown here, for placement in the unit.

•The Do's & Don'ts and Warning Stickers are available for pick up in the ADII Association Office and include an acrylic frame with adhesive for attaching it to the back of the door (recommended posting) or wall.
