Dear Charlotte Catholic Students, Parents, Faculty and Staff,

It was a pleasure to welcome our teachers back last week, and together we continue to prepare for our students' safe return to campus. Please read this email in its entirety for important updates and information.

You should have received course lists for your student last week. If you did not, please contact your school counselor. Class schedules will be released as soon as possible but it could be as late as August 30. Students will receive an email with schedule information, along with log-in instructions for those learning remotely.

Class size is being strictly limited to a maximum of 25 in order to maintain social distancing recommendations. Student schedules will not be adjusted for teacher preferences. Elective changes will be very limited during the drop/add period.

Please read an update from the Diocesan Catholic Schools by clicking the link here: Task Team Update. In addition, please click the links below for important information and resources regarding COVID-19 screening tools, symptomatic response measures, quarantine requirements, along with handouts on hand washing and proper wearing of face coverings.

Parents of students who have selected to learn remotely should have received a confirmation email today. It may be found here: REMOTE LEARNER CONFIRMATION. If you have completed the commitment form and did not receive this email, please contact our school registrar at JMCramer@charlottecatholic.com.

We understand that some families may want to change from in-person instruction to remote learning or vice-versa over the next several weeks. You may do so until Friday, September 11.
  • If you have selected remote learning and wish to change back to in-person instruction, please click the link here: Change from Remote to In-Person Learning
  • If you have not previously submitted a Remote Intent Form and wish to elect a full semester of Remote Learning, please click the link here: Remote Intent Form

I know that many of you may still have questions. Please be sure to read our Return to School plan carefully and in its entirety.

If you still have questions about how we are returning to school stronger, safer, together, please join us for Koffee with Kurt Q&A sessions tomorrow, Tuesday, August 18. These sessions will be offered at 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

I look forward to seeing you soon,

Sincerely,
