Blessings all!

As we enter into this holiday season I am struck that this time of year can be so full of awesome joy for many of us-- time to gather together with loved ones, sharing delicious, bountiful meals and thoughtful gift giving.

But I am also reminded that the same season can be the most difficult time of year for others.

Many of the "others " include the 110 women living in our Rescued and Restored Women's Housing Program and over 300 families living in motels or crowded apartments who are assisted by our Nana's Kidz program.

Women who have no safe family to visit, families of 5 (or more!) who collectively share a mere 125 sq ft of living space in a motel with no kitchen to prepare that holiday meal. Children without a Christmas tree or a present to open on Christmas morning.

My wish this holiday season is that you, our generous community, would help us make sure these vulnerable women and families are not forgotten.

With your help we can share an abundance of joy and hope this Christmas. Please prayerfully consider a meaningful gift this December.

In Him,
Je'net Kreitner
Saying Goodbye with Love and Appreciation

Thanks, Paula!!
Three-year Secretary for the GHH Board of Directors,
Paula DeLong's time of service comes to an end this month.  We are so grateful for your service, Paula!!

"It has been my pleasure to serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Grandma's House of Hope for the past three years.  These years have truly been a rewarding experience for me to see what GHH has done for the community and the dedication that Je'net has given to this program.  I have met such a wonderful group of board members, staff, volunteers and clients of the programs and I feel so blessed!

I am extremely grateful for having the opportunity to give back through serving on the board and through my volunteerism.
Helping house the Invisible Populations of Orange County, I have learned that happiness is the consequence of personal effort.
You fight for it, strive for it and insist upon it--always!"

Sincere Blessings to All,
Paula DeLong
