Victim Assistance Program now offers
Safe at Home Program assistance to victims of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, rape, or sexual battery by shielding their personal information from public record and providing them with a safe and secure way to participate in our democratic process.
Safe at Home is an address confidentiality program created by House Bill 359 to help program participants shield their address from public records. A victim or a member of a victim’s household can apply in person to take part in the program through Victim Assistance Program’s Certified Application Assistant. A parent or guardian may apply on behalf of a minor, incompetent, or ward; however, any other adult must visit an Application Assistant in person to apply. Questions? Contact us at 330.376.0040.
