Important Updates to Florida Compensation now outlined in the 2026 Producer Performance Guide

We want to inform you of several important updates to our 2026 United Advantage^® Program and Annual Broker Bonus, now available in the 2026 Producer Performance Guide posted on uhceservices.com.

Key Highlights:

•  New Bronze Tier Added to 2026 United Advantage Program



o    Beginning in 2026, we’ve introduced a Bronze tier to complement our existing Gold and Platinum levels.

o    To qualify for Bronze, an agent/agency must have 300 subscribers in their Florida 2–100 book of business by 12/31/2025.

o    This new tier expands eligibility to our 2026 Annual Medical Broker Bonus Programs, which previously required 500+ subscribers.

• Enhanced United Advantage Payouts



o   We’ve increased the dollar payouts for United Advantage agents to better reward your commitment to growing and retaining UnitedHealthcare business and to help offset changes to the 2026 bonus structure.

•  New PEPM Adjustment for 2–50 Fully Insured Business

o    A $1.00 PEPM reduction will apply when a General Agent is attached to new or existing 2–50 Fully Insured business.

• 2026 Annual Broker Bonus



o    All Agents who are part of the UnitedHealthcare 2026 United Advantage program are eligible for these bonus programs.

o    Payment amounts for both New Business and Retention within the Up to 100 bonus program have been revised.
