Just a reminder that in addition to "All The Light We Cannot See," some classes have additional summer reading assignments.  Please check the SFC website under the "Academic" tab for that information.  For example, freshmen in Honors English I have an additional assignment.

COMPUTER RECOMMENDATIONS
Name brands such as Dell, Toshiba, Apple, Microsoft, etc., tend to have the best reliability and customer support.

One system that blends the best of both a tablet and a laptop is the Microsoft Surface 3 or 4.  It utilizes a keyboard cover that allows it to function as a laptop, but this cover can also be folded back and allows the device to be used as a tablet.  It has a touchscreen and runs the full version of the Windows operating system.
