We’re making updates to our Visa Rewards Program to improve your experience. Here’s what you need to know:

• New Program Name: Our rewards program, previously called Extra Awards, will now be known as "Loyalty Rewards".

• Platform Update: The rewards platform is being upgraded, and the look and feel may be different after the update.

• Important Dates: 

• September 10: Last day to redeem points on the current platform.
• September 11 - 18: Rewards platform will be unavailable during the transition. You will continue to earn points, but you won’t be able to access the platform.
• September 19: The new platform will be available!
• Points Carryover: Any points not redeemed by September 10 will be carried over to the new platform, provided they are not set to expire.

• Accessing Your Rewards: Members will continue to log in through LFCU's Digital Banking platform and click on the "Accounts" tab then navigate to "Credit Card Rewards" under the "Cards" headings.

• New Login Options Available: Previously, members could only access rewards through digital banking. With our new direct Login feature, you now have two ways to sign in:

• Through Digital Banking – Continue accessing your rewards as you always have.
• With Direct Login – Use a new direct sign-on link and log in with your email address on file at the credit union. The first time you use this option, you’ll need to create a new password. *The link to this site will be accessible after the September 19th live date.

• Changes to Travel Redemptions: Cruise and experience rewards must now be booked by calling our support line.

• Statements Update: Your rewards balance and transaction details may appear differently on your first statement after the migration.



• eStatements: If you receive rewards eStatements, you may need to opt in again on the program website.
