Kim's Promotion!!!
Kim is moving on up and, while she will still be working with us under the JOY umbrella, will be moving to running her own business independently. What does this mean for her clients? Not much will change except that, to book appointments AFTER October 13th we ask you to call or text Kim directly at 604-999-2714 as you will no longer be able to access her availability online through the JOY website. Kim will be continuing to work in the salon on Tuesdays 9:30-4, Thursdays 9:30-4 and Saturdays 10-6. Some Sunday appointments may be available by request only.

Jasmine's New Hours
We are happy to announce that jasmine will be adding Tuesdays (starting Sept 21st) and Sundays (starting October 17th) to her schedule!
Mask Update
Masking indoors is currently mandatory.
Please don't forget to bring your masks to your hair appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
Please remember we have reserved that time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.

Should you become ill, have any symptoms of Covid 19, are living with someone who is ill or in quarantine or have recently returned from travel out of the Country (and are not fully vaccinated)... please reschedule your hair appointment.
