Important Worship Announcement
Dear all,
Upon the recommendation of the New England Synod, and in response to growing concern over the Omicron variant spike, starting with Sunday, January 16th service, St. Luke have elected to pause indoor, in-person Worship Services. Therefore, the services on the next three Sundays (Jan 16th, 23rd, 30th) will be VIRTUAL WORSHIP ONLY.
We will also host virtual Confirmation Classes on January 16th and 23rd (specific details will be distributed directly to confirmation families).
Additionally, the Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Sunday, January 30th at 11am will be held virtually, via Zoom. More details to come in the coming days.
St. Luke will be reviewing the COVID-19 protocols for any group utilizing St. Luke Facilities. Ledyard Mayor Allyn has issued a directive effective immediately that all individuals must wear masks while indoors at any public building irrespective of their vaccination status. Grins and Giggles is complying with the Public School protocols.
Praise to Christ for joining our hearts and minds whenever and however we gather. We are grateful for the virtual worship option, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
