March 21, 2023 – Wheeling, IL – Hawk Research Laboratories, LLC (Hawk), a leading manufacturer of high-performance specialty coating systems for the surface repair and resurfacing industries, is pleased to announce it has acquired Bonstone Materials, effective March 17, 2023.
For 60 years, Bonstone has provided the stone industry with the most trusted products for laminating, seaming, rodding, repairing/patching, bonding, sealing, crack repair, and anchoring. Bonstone's commitment to service, support, technical expertise, and product quality aligns well with Hawk's business values, making the Bonstone business a key addition to Hawk's expanding line of surface repair solutions and market expansion plans.
Mike Beckmann, Bonstone's long-time owner and CEO, will be retiring, but he has committed to serving as a consultant to Hawk during the transition.
