There are three divisions. Just like you have experienced in class.
Scaled, Fitness, and Rx.
Now this is when you might start to sweat but don't worry we promise you will have fun no matter what and we will make sure of it.
Unsure of what division you would want to be in don't sweat it... once you are registered and registration is closed there will be a separate e-mail sent out to all participants and that is when you will let us know what division you would like to be in. Us coaches are here to help with any doubt, confusion or questions so don't hesitate to ask.
