Guidance and support related to salary changes due to the recent collective bargaining agreements for academic researchers, graduate student researchers and postdoctoral scholars

As Provost Croughan mentioned in her message on February 16, the outcome of the recent collective bargaining agreements for academic researchers, graduate student researchers and postdoctoral scholars will create a significant funding shortfall due to increased costs for salaries and benefits for external contracts and grants already in progress.

In her message, she provided details specific to the shared responsibility in addressing this gap, and noted that the campus would develop a centralized support fund to help with some of the costs.
