Managing Food Safety (MFS) - new online training options!
Our Proctor-ME service
We have officially launched our new in-house web proctoring service called Proctor-ME .

  • We respect privacy. Our systems meet strict privacy requirements including the high standards set by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Improved compliance. More of your food handlers will complete the certification because they don't need to schedule time to sit with a proctor.
  • Independent and unbiased. Our reviewers are independent of the exam taker which assures no bias.
  • Easy to use. Just install a Chrome plugin and turn on your web camera.

Once a food handler is finished their online training they will have access to the certification exam. Using a laptop/desktop with a web camera and a Chrome Browser they can connect with Proctor-ME and complete the exam.

Exam takers will provide a picture of their government issued photo ID and share their computer's desktop during the exam (to ensure they are not accessing prohibited materials). We have no access to your computer - we can only observe. Our in-house proctors will verify the video feed does not contain any evidence of cheating.

Once the exam has been completely reviewed, the food handler will receive their digital certificate via email (within 1 to 2 business days).

MFS for Certified Proctors
Not everyone has access to a computer with a web camera. For these cases we offer the Managing Food Safety (MFS) training program and the certification exam bundled together .

Our Food Safety Market Certified Proctors will be able to sit with the exam taker and invigilate the exam.

The cost for the bundled product is the same as our previous training and exam prices.

This product is not available to the public. You must log into your account on Food Safety Market to purchase these enrolment keys.
Transition to Managing Food Safety
We have already transitioned to the Managing Food Safety program for our classroom training materials. We are now making that transition for our online training.

NFSTP online training enrolment keys are no longer available on the Food Safety Market.

If you have purchased NFSTP online training enrolment keys but don't have NFSTP "online exam enrolment keys" you should purchase the exam enrolment keys by April 14th. Or you can contact us to exchange your NFSTP products for a store credit toward the new MFS training products.

NFSTP online exam enrolment keys will no longer be available as of April 15, 2019.

As of May 1, 2019 enrolment into NFSTP Online Training will close.
Anyone enrolled in the NFSTP course will have until May 31, 2019 to complete the training and certification exam.
