Lake Lemon Wins Award!

What an achievement! The Lake Lemon Conservancy District was recognized for one of the largest scale lake dredging projects by an Indiana conservancy district.

At last week's annual conference, the LLCD was awarded the Outstanding Implementation Project Award by the Indiana Lakes Management Society.

Congratulations to all those involved in making this project a reality and working for the benefit of Lake Lemon!

Dock Subleases Update

All 2023 subleases have been distributed and most have been completed. If you have yet to complete your application for dock sublease, please do so ASAP. If we do not have a signed and paid sublease by May 31st, we reserve the right to sublease the dock space to another Freeholder (and we do have a waitlist).

I have sent the online payment link to several people more than once. Please check your inboxes.

For Freeholders who have completed the sublease and paid, dock stickers have all been mailed. If you haven't received your dock sticker yet, please let me know.

Questions about your sublease? Please click below to email Jess.

Wake Boat Charges

Last November the LLCD Board passed Resolution 10-22-04 2023 Fees and Charges. This established a new fee for wake boats utilizing a ballast system.

For 2023 ballast boats will incur an additional environmental fee of $18.00 daily or a $200.00 annual fee.

The annual permit is an additional sticker which is added to your boat permit. At the point of purchase for your pass you will be asked for information about the make and model of your boat. Please have this information available when purchasing your 2023 boat passes.

Lake Staff is in full planning mode, and we wanted to give you a head's up that we will host a solar eclipse event at Riddle Point Park. We will even have camping! More details to come, so for now, just save the date!
