Dear Customer,
As you may know, we moved to a new National Distribution Centre (NDC) in the Midlands in late 2023 and I wanted to update you.
Our consolidation of stock into our new NDC is now 95% complete and we have a number of projects underway to optimise how we work. We know the last few months have been challenging as we’ve moved stock from locations across the country, moved circa 80,000 plus individual article numbers and created an infrastructure to support a multi shift work pattern. We also know that that challenges have been felt by our customers and we sincerely apologise for any disruption you may have experienced.
Our priority over the next 4 to 6 weeks is to ensure that we return to the very high level of service that TR Fastenings has delivered to its customers over the last 50 years. Our new NDC will ensure we are able to expand our product offering, and make our stock available across extended working hours, delivering what we hope will be benefits to our customers.
