Submitting a property claim in Client Centre
While we work on enhancements to make the digital claims process faster and easier, your customers will not be able to submit a property claim in Client Centre as of May 16. Customers can continue to submit a claim either in the Intact Insurance App, or by calling our Client Centre at
1-866-464-2424.
Decommissioning of BrokerLobby, Prestige, and Specialty Solutions & Surety microsites
The new Intact Portal, launched earlier this year, now serves as your go-to source for everything Intact.

With its launch, we are decommissioning all existing Intact Insurance, Prestige, and Specialty Solutions microsites. The content on these sites has already been migrated to the Intact Portal.
