What an incredible time we had in Roanoke last week! Thanks to Helen Willis, Kristen Johnson and our amazing conference committee for coordinating a top-notch line up of speakers and programs. Thanks to the Blue Ridge Region for being gracious hosts and to all of you for your continuing support of VCNP. Special thanks and best wishes to Betsy Crowell, VCNP associate director, who is retiring this week after planning many of our conferences and events over the years.   I enjoyed connecting with so many of you and have already marked my calendar for VCNP’s 50th anniversary conference, scheduled for March 13-16, 2024 at the Williamsburg Lodge.

Regional Student Scholarships

Congratulations to the Blue Ridge $1,000 scholarship and conference scholarship recipient, Wilton Johns (Photo - Left). He is a student in Radford University’s DNP, FNP program and is completing his final project and residency with an interest in palliative care.
