Summer’s here, and it’s time for some fun! Last month, Northern Virginia Region members enjoyed a wine social at Stone Tower Winery while Piedmont Region members gathered at Eastwood Vineyards. Lynchburg members are gathering this week and in August, and Tidewater members are getting together to volunteer later this month. Check with your regional leaders to see what’s on the calendar in your area – or volunteer to plan the fun!

Are you taking advantage of your member benefits? Log in to your member account for information that’s only available to VCNP members. While you’re there, update your member profile by going to My Account – Update my Info. The Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP) is looking for applicants (professionals and individuals or caregivers with lived experience) for two-year terms on its regional care navigation advisory committees. Weekday meetings will be held quarterly and may have in-person or hybrid options for attendance. Apply by June 30.

The call for conference presentations is open for the 2024 VCNP conference, scheduled for March 13-16 at The Williamsburg Lodge. Submit your application by August 4.
