Spring has sprung, and even with spring allergies, I’m loving the warmer weather and increased daylight, which also are great for my mental health. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and is a great reminder to take some time for yourself while also caring for your patients. Read on for some free mental health resources for students and providers.

Spring also means graduations. If you’re graduating from an NP or DNP program this spring, let us celebrate you! Please send your name, credentials, a photo and program you’re graduating from to staff. Congratulations to all our grads!

Help us meet our goal
VCNP’s PAC is about $3,000 away from our goal. These funds allow us to support legislators who support NP practice. Sign up for monthly contributions of $5 or more, or make one time donation, and watch our funds grow!
