As summer winds down, VCNP is gearing up for fall and 2025. Many of our regions are planning monthly meetings and social events including special activities for NP Week in November. Our Richmond Region is hosting its annual Pharmacology conference on November 16, and our Southwest Region is joining the annual Head for the Hills CME event for its October gathering. I love hearing about the new and unique events our regions are participating in and hope to visit with many of you in the coming months.

Our Government Relations committee has also been busy, planning fall legislative events and meeting with legislators as we continue to educate them about NP practice. We’d like to hear about your practice challenges and what’s important to you as we set our 2025 legislative agenda.
