The membership renewal period ends September 30. When you renew, don’t forget to select the region where you live or work so you’ll continue receiving information about regional programs and activities. Regions receive a portion of your membership dues to fund their programs so be sure to select the region where you attend meetings and events.
As of September 1, there were 2,648 NPs in Virginia with autonomous practice licenses.
The experience requirement reverted to 5 years in July, so if you’re eligible, apply now.If you’re working toward 5 years of experience, be sure to keep track of your hours and get signatures from collaborating physicians if you plan to change jobs before you’re able to apply.
